One-on-One Lecture vs. Integrated Technology

Socially constructed educational environments have been altered into various ways. Teaching young students tangibly through hands on experience is always a great way to learn and ask questions. This usually leads to a better learning environment as opposed to having to use computers in a classroom at such a young age. Psychologically, children are socially constructed through stages. Children are easily distracted with new technologies they are introduced to, won't this make learning more difficult in a classroom?
